What payment methods are accepted at your store?

How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Answer: At MedOfficeDirect, we strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 24 hours of being placed.


  • Processing & Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days within the continental United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

  • Backordered Items: If any item in your order is on backorder, we may hold the shipment until all items are available to avoid additional shipping costs.


    If an item remains on backorder for more than 7 business days, you will receive a notification with the option to split the shipment or adjust your order.



  • Bulk Order Considerations: Because we ship large quantities in bulk, it’s possible that a large order placed just before yours could deplete available inventory. This may occasionally delay fulfillment of smaller orders. When this occurs, we will notify you promptly with an updated shipping estimate.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased from your online store?

At MedOfficeDirect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return process is designed to be clear and efficient while following industry and regulatory requirements.

Return Authorization Required:

All returns require a valid Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team via support@medofficedirect.com or call +1 (800) 982-8566 (Toll-Free). Our team will provide you with an RGA number and return instructions.

Return Window & Conditions:


  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Returned items must be unused, unmarked, and in their original packaging.

  • A copy of the invoice and reason for return must be included.

  • All items must be shipped back to the distribution center listed on your RGA paperwork.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee:


  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a MedOfficeDirect error (wrong item shipped, damaged shipment, defective product, etc.).

  • A minimum restocking fee will apply: $25 or 15% of the total invoice (including freight), whichever is greater.

Non-Returnable Items:


  • Custom or special-order items

  • Personalized or embroidered items

  • Controlled substances

  • Immune globulin products

  • Hazardous, expired, or tampered items

  • Opened software/hardware

  • Equipment that has been opened or used

Damages & Shortages:


  • All shipping discrepancies (damaged goods, overage/shortage of items) must be reported within 7 days of receipt for credit consideration.

  • If a product arrives damaged, please request a damage claim with the carrier at the time of delivery.
